I have been sent the links to a lecture upon how the allies decoded Japanese Morse in WW2
You certainly don't have to be able send or receive morse to find this lecture interesting, informative and at times humorous.
Bare in mind that it was videoed in 1989 ( he had been giving this talk to radio hams for 40 years by then.) And it was unfortunately the last time he gave this lecture before he died.
The 7 separate clips add up to over an hour in duration. So grab yourself a beer or a coffee to sit down with. IMHO it will be well worth it for you.
Enjoy and let me know your thoughts.
